Jillian is a Licensed Therapist and Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP No. 3898) who empowers and equips adults in managing episodic, chronic, and grief-related depression; generalized and social anxiety; and trauma reactivity and avoidance.

Jillian is also skilled in helping adults unmask high-functioning ADHD and first-time adult diagnosis of ADHD; cope with maladaptive personality perspectives; and navigate attachment insecurity. Jillian is a Certified Life Coach who empowers clients to obtain the life they want and walks alongside them as they become.

Jillian is a practical and relational problem-solver who enjoys meeting people where they are on their life journey. She has had the pleasure of serving clients in medium and maximum security jails and prisons, recovery centers, private practices, intake offices, non-profit day programs, and community crisis centers.

Although she was born in KY and grew up in IL, Jillian considers herself to be grandfathered in as a Nashville native, since she’s been here since 2006! She went to Lipscomb University for undergrad and earned her Master’s degree from Tennessee State University.

In her free time Jillian writes poetry, edits and ghostwrites, puts together volunteer efforts at her church, and tries out new restaurants around Nashville.
